WEBSITE TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF SALE OF HAPPY HATS

This page tells you the terms and conditions on which we supply any of the products listed on our website www.happyhats.co.uk to you. Please read these terms and conditions carefully before ordering any Products from our site. You should understand that by ordering any of our Products, you agree to be bound by these terms and conditions.

3. EXCHANGES, RETURNS AND REFUNDS

At Happy Hats we aim to give an excellent level of customer service, we are therefore happy to receive goods back and perform exchanges or refunds. Goods for refund or exchange must be returned within 28 days. If the item is of higher value you will be required to pay the balance, and likewise if it is of lower value you will receive a credit note for the difference.
Please write clearly on the invoice the reason for return and whether you require an exchange or refund and return to:

Please note, you must take reasonable care of the Products whilst they are in your possession and, when returning products to us you must ensure that they are in the same condition they were in when you received them (i.e. they must be unworn and unwashed). If you fail to comply with this obligation we have the right to refuse an exchange or refund
Please note, we advise customers to send recorded delivery which will be sent at your own expense. The refund will be issued by the same payment method as the original order and processed within 21 days.

4. AVAILABILITY AND DELIVERY

We endeavour to post all orders within 2 working days, if you require it sooner please ring 01327 261381, please note there may be an extra postage charge for next day delivery. We send all goods by Royal Mail first class post. We will inform you of any delays to your order and propose a new delivery time.

5. PRICE, PAYMENT AND DESCRIPTIONS

We reserve the right to change our prices quoted on our website at any time. Please note that we have tried to accurately illustrate colours of our products, however computer monitor screens vary slightly.
Many products are hand-made so may vary in size and shape. Patterns and colours remain constant.

We use this information to make your shopping as easy as possible. We need it to process your order, inform you of any delays or problems and occasionally to send you special offers and promotions.

We have the right to revise and amend these terms and conditions from time to time to reflect changes in market conditions affecting our business, changes in technology, changes in payment methods, changes in relevant laws and regulatory requirements and changes in our system’s capabilities.
